So today’s lunch excursion took us to Campi’s – Where Sandwich is King. I have been driving by this place on Scottsville Road for years and never noticed it. It was not until I saw it on Man v Food Nation did it finally click.

The place is very unassuming when you enter. Just your typical sandwich/grill place. All I kept thinking was how did they fit a camera crew in this place?

I saw the Steak “Bomber” on the Man v Food Nation show, but I just cannot put away that much food anymore. So I opted for the regular Steak sandwich with Swiss cheese, sweet peppers, onions, lots of steak, & a side of fries.

The sandwich was amazing. The only thing I would do different next time would be to add a little hot sauce to it.
