Why?

I don’t communicate with anyone anymore. If I wanted to know something or talk to someone I would just send them a message on Twitter. I cannot remember the last time I have actually sat down and had a conversation with any of my friends. It has probably been years since I have physically talked to any of my friends that are not on Twitter.

Is this Twitter fault. NO, but the only way I see for me to fix this is to do away with Twitter for now.

Centered on cycling, the Western New York Wellness Program makes available FREE indoor and outdoor cycling services to all cancer survivors in Rochester, NY and surrounding areas.

I am sending this email to ask you to help me in this fundraising event by considering a pledge. We all know someone touched by cancer.

The money that you pledge will contribute to funding the FREE physical activity programs offered by Western New York Wellness Program including:

• Weekly outdoor bike rides (during the summer)
• Weekly indoor spin classes (during the winter)
• Outreach and education programs
• Walking program for those just emerging from treatment and are not yet able to ride
• Gym membership grants

The “Spin with the Survivors“ event also provides a unique opportunity for all to help. This is our chance to help directly by positively affecting the lives of survivors and in keeping with that spirit, I’ve chosen to spin with the survivors.

The place is very unassuming when you enter. Just your typical sandwich/grill place. All I kept thinking was how did they fit a camera crew in this place?

I saw the Steak “Bomber” on the Man v Food Nation show, but I just cannot put away that much food anymore. So I opted for the regular Steak sandwich with Swiss cheese, sweet peppers, onions, lots of steak, & a side of fries.

The sandwich was amazing. The only thing I would do different next time would be to add a little hot sauce to it.

CPU Wars is a trump card game created with tech geeks in mind. It’s the most fun you can have with CPU specs.

What is this game?
The deck is made up of 30 cards, each featuring one CPU from the last 40 years and a list of specs. For Volume 1.0 I chose 30 CPUs that I believe had the greatest impact on the desktop history. The game is ideally played by 2 or 3 people (but it can be played by up to 6). The deck is split between the players and then each player takes a turn and picks a category that they think has the best value. I have chosen the most important specs that could be numerically represented, such as maximum speed achieved and maximum number of transistors. It’s lots of fun, it has a bit of strategy and can be played during a break or over a coffee.

It is a 2011 SE Draft Lite 61cm in red. I have been wanting a fixed gear bike for some time now.

I am hoping I will be able to put road bars on it instead of using the straight bar, but if not I still think it was a hell of deal.

Harbor Freight was having a sale on these WHEELS so I bought 4 of them.

After disassembling them I gave the hub to my friend (Mark). I also gave him the wheel driver from my Escalade Power Wheels.

Now this set up will fit perfectly on the Power Wheels Jeep gearbox:

I also used 1/2″ PEX piping to slide inside the Harbor Freight wheel. This brought down the 5/8″ bore so that I could use the 7/16″ axle on the Power Wheels.

Here are some photos of my son driving the Jeep. Now all I have to do is get the front tires mounted and make it a little faster.
